Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant with solid functional expertise in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions that streamline workforce time management, leave administration, compliance, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, implement, and support Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to time tracking, scheduling, and leave management.
- Design and configure time calculation rules, work schedules, time entry validations, and absence plans.
- Configure leave policies, accruals, eligibility rules, carryover policies, and absence-related business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to time tracking and absence management.




- Support integrations and reporting requirements related to workforce time and absence data.
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Conduct user training sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementations and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Workday Absence Management.
