Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration & Reporting Consultant with expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Workday integration technologies, report development, data extraction, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver scalable and business-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations to support business and operational requirements.

Develop and manage Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting and integration solutions.

Configure, test, and deploy Workday integration and reporting components.

Support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues in a timely manner.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity,



and compliance across Workday solutions.

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.

Prepare technical and functional documentation for integrations and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience

410 years of experience in Workday Integration and Reporting.

Strong experience in developing and supporting Workday integrations.

Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and analytics.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and reporting best practices.

Experience in testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
