Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with expertise in Talent and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Talent solutions to help organizations effectively manage employee performance, career development, succession planning, and talent review processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Workday Talent and Performance Management solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to talent management and employee performance processes.
- Configure performance review cycles, goal management, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development processes.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to optimize talent management processes.
- Configure business processes, security, workflows, and notifications related to Talent and Performance modules.




- Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard requirements for talent management initiatives.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and stakeholder workshops.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 4 - 10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance Management.
