Title: Workday Financials Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials Consultant with strong functional expertise in Workday Finance modules and a proven track record of delivering implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with global clients to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Workday Financials modules based on business requirements.
- Participate in Workday implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to optimize business processes.
- Provide functional guidance and best practices across Workday Finance modules.
- Support defect resolution, issue analysis, and system enhancements.




- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.

Required Skills

- 5-10 years of overall IT/ERP consulting experience.
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Financials.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following modules:

- Financial Accounting

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Procurement

- Expenses
- Banking & Cash Management

- Fixed Assets
- Experience in Workday implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
- Robust client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Financials Certification preferred.
- Experience working with global customers.
- Exposure to Workday Integrations, Reporting, or Prism Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
