We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Financial Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) along with Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors .

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support Workday Financial Management modules.
- Design and maintain business processes for AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Develop and troubleshoot Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) , Workday Studio , and Core Connectors .
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Configure reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Perform data conversion, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Support Workday releases, testing, enhancements, and production issues.
- Ensure compliance with finance processes, internal controls, and best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of Workday Finance implementation/support experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- Experience in Workday Financial integrations and data migration.
- Robust understanding of Workday security and business process configuration.
- Experience with calculated fields, custom reports, and Workday reporting.
- Knowledge of Workday web services (SOAP/REST APIs) is preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and finance business processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Financials Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, or Fixed Assets is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
