Description

1. 5+ years of overall experience in Finance systems with robust exposure to Workday Financial Management.
2. Hands-on experience in Workday R2R (Record-to-Report) processes.
3. Configure, implement, and support Workday Financial Management solutions with a primary focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
4. Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Workday Accounting Center, Financial Accounting and Reporting Journal Processing and Period-End Close
5. Manage and optimize General Ledger (GL) configurations, accounting structures, journals, ledgers, and financial reporting.
6. Design, configure, and maintain Workday Accounting Center integrations and accounting rules.
7. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday Finance solutions.
8. Proficiency in SQL for querying, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
9. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
10. Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
11. Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and data-related issues.

Support period-end and year-end close activities and ensure financial data integrity.
13. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL.
14. Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to improve financial processes and controls.
15. Support system enhancements, testing, releases, and production issue resolution.
16. Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
17. Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
