Role Level - Senior Solution Architect / Lead Architect / Principal Consultant

We are seeking a visionary Workday Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI-driven HR solutions leveraging Workday AI, Workday Assistant, Agentic AI frameworks, Generative AI, and enterprise automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Workday HCM, HR business processes, AI-powered workforce transformation, and enterprise architecture to create intelligent agents that automate HR operations, enhance employee experiences, and accelerate business outcomes.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, Digital Transformation, and executive leadership teams to define and execute the organization's AI-powered workforce strategy.

Required Qualifications

- Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
