Compensation: 3,000 per project (Approx. 10-page website)
This isn't a full-stack development role.
We're looking for someone who knows how to take a premium WordPress theme and transform it into a polished, client-ready website.
You won't be building custom themes from scratch or developing complex plugins.
Instead, you'll work with high-quality premium themes and bring them to life by customizing them to match each client's brand, content, and business goals.
If you enjoy making websites look professional, clean, quick, and conversion-focused, you'll enjoy this role.
What You'll Do
You'll work on up to 4-5 client websites per month, customizing premium WordPress themes into production-ready business websites.
Your responsibilities include
- Installing and configuring WordPress themes
- Customizing colours, fonts, layouts, and branding
- Updating website content, images, and icons
- Creating and modifying pages using page builders
- Configuring essential plugins
- Basic WooCommerce setup (Nice to Have)
- Basic on-page SEO implementation
- Speed optimization
- Mobile responsiveness testing
- Minor CSS tweaks and section customizations when required
- QA before website launch
Your success is measured by the quality, consistency, and professionalism of every website you deliver.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on WordPress experience
- Experience working with premium WordPress themes
- WooCommerce customization
- Basic understanding of hosting, cPanel, and DNS
- Familiarity with AI tools that improve productivity
Attention to Detail Matters We're looking for someone who notices the little things.

- Inconsistent spacing
- Font hierarchy issues
- Poor alignment
- Mobile responsiveness problems
- Low-quality images
- Layout inconsistencies
- Broken sections
