Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test plans for WLAN (Wi-Fi) features and protocols.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, interoperability, and system-level testing.
- Validate Wi-Fi standards including IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax.
- Conduct throughput, latency, roaming, stability, and stress testing for WLAN devices.
- Set up, configure, and maintain WLAN testbeds using routers, access points, and client devices.
- Analyze network logs, packet captures, and debug issues using Wireshark, tcpdump, and other network sniffing tools.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for WLAN test validation.
- Automate test cases for feature validation, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with development and firmware teams to identify, troubleshoot,



and resolve WLAN-related issues.

Requirements
- 310 years of experience in WLAN/Wi-Fi testing.
- Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
- Solid proficiency in Python scripting for test automation, log parsing, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with network testing tools such as Wireshark, IxChariot, Spirent, or similar.
- Experience in network log analysis and debugging WLAN-related issues.
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Routing, and Switching.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
