As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system.

Throughout the day, the engineer addresses maintenance tasks and implements enhancements to improve application performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities :

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery.




- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualified & Technical Skills :

Must To Have Skills :

- Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to application design and testing.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components for enhanced performance.
- Ability to work with version control systems and manage code repositories effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of software modules and ensuring compatibility across different client environments.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and maintaining clear communication within development teams.

Additional Information :

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
