- Ensure optimal Wi-Fi connectivity on mobile devices by troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
- Identify, collect, and analyze network performance data across both Cellular (4G/5G RAN) and Wi-Fi networks.
- Work extensively with smartphone platforms, including operating systems like Android and iOS, to evaluate and enhance wireless performance.
- Utilize tools such as Netscout to assess and improve VoWiFi services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address connectivity challenges and propose actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi and Cellular network technologies, including 4G/5G RAN and VoWiFi.
- Hands-on experience with smartphone operating systems (Android and iOS).
- Proficiency with performance analysis tools such as Netscout.
