Desher Publishing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented K–12 Book Designer to join our publishing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing educational books and creating visually engaging templates using Adobe InDesign.

Key Responsibilities

Design and layout K–12 educational books, workbooks and teacher resources.

Create creative, attractive and reusable page templates.

Produce print-ready files following publisher specifications.

Handle page composition, image placement, tables, diagrams and infographics.

Ensure consistency in typography, colours and layout throughout the book.

Coordinate with editorial and production teams to meet project deadlines.

Perform quality checks before final delivery.

Required Skills

1–5 years of experience in book design or publishing.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign (mandatory).





Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Strong understanding of typography, page layout and print production.

Experience in designing K–12 educational books is highly preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international educational publishers.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and digital publishing will be an added advantage.
