Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer with a background in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering and strong experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D. The candidate will support drafting, design documentation, and site coordination activities on various engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings based on engineering inputs and project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to incorporate real-time changes into design layouts.
- Participate in site visits to gather measurements, support installations, and verify on-ground conditions.
- Ensure all drafting work aligns with quality, safety, and industry standards.
- Support procurement and estimation teams with technical drawings and BOQs.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of work experience in technical drawing, site support, or drafting.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D (Preferred)
- Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
