Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities for high-rise residential projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Mivan Aluminium Formwork construction and be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor and coordinate Mivan Aluminium Formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and other structural activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, approved construction methodologies, and safety regulations.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Planning, QS, QA/QC,
and HSE teams to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues promptly.
- Verify work progress and maintain daily progress reports.
- Ensure timely material availability and proper utilization at the site.
- Support engineers in achieving project targets while maintaining quality and safety compliance.
Required Skills
- Experience in High-Rise Residential Building projects.
- Robust knowledge of Mivan Aluminium Formwork execution.
- Good understanding of structural works, RCC activities, and construction sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Strong contractor management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Industry
- Real Estate / Residential Construction / High-Rise Building Projects.
Pay: ₹38,924.76 - ₹55,309.71 per month
