We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Strategist who knows how to grow brands organically and build strong personal brands online. The ideal candidate can create engaging content, spot trends early, and turn both company and founder voices into a powerful digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage content such as reels, short-form videos, carousels, posts, stories, and storytelling-led campaigns.
- Build and manage personal branding strategies for founders, leaders, or key team members.
- Turn expertise, achievements, and personality into content that grows authority and trust.
- Identify trends and adapt them creatively to fit brand and personal voice.
- Increase audience engagement, community interaction, and brand awareness.
- Analyze performance metrics and improve strategy based on insights.
- Work with designers, editors,



and marketing teams to maintain quality and consistency.
- Experiment with hooks, formats, and content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Maintain a strong, consistent tone for both brand and personal content.

Requirements

- Proven experience in organic social media growth and personal branding.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation skills.
- Ability to build a personal brand through authentic and strategic content.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics, or similar.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
- A creative mindset with the ability to produce fresh ideas consistently
