- Collaborate with all departments to forecast staffing needs and ensure all HR initiatives support company-wide goals.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitme bynt and onboarding to talent development and retention strategies.
- Implement robust performance management systems of employees and career development trainings to drive high performance and growth.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and nurturing an inclusive and positive working setting.
- Report to management using HR metrics and data analytics to provide decision support and measure initiative effectiveness.
