We're Hiring Staff Nurse-Ward

Location- Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Trivandrum

Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading center for infertility treatment. Our mission is to provide exceptional medical care and support to our patients with compassion and dedication. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to lead and coordinate operations within the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure delivery of protected, effective, and quality nursing care to patients
- Supervise medication administration and treatment procedures
- Monitor patient condition and ensure timely escalation to doctors
- Ensure proper documentation of nursing care, vitals, and treatment records
- Maintain infection control practices and aseptic techniques
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate resuscitation protocols

Qualifications:

- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).




- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.

Experience:

- Minimum 1 Year is mandatory

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent clinical assessment and emergency care knowledge.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality protocols is desirable.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
