The L2 AWS Infrastructure Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced operational support, incident troubleshooting, environment maintenance,



and platform optimization for AWS-based workloads. The role acts as the second escalation point for production issues, ensuring stability, availability, and performance of cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, network, security, and automation layers.
