The Role
We turn India’s most extraordinary stays into content people can’t scroll past—and then turn that audience into revenue.
Started as @airbnbhostcommunity, Iraava is now scaling into India’s most curated short-term rental ecosystem, building toward a proprietary direct-booking platform.
We don’t list everything; we feature only stays that deserve to be seen, each shot by our in-house crew and edited to a cinematic standard. You’ll own the daily engine that makes it happen—storytelling, content, growth, and the funnels that turn attention into leads.

What You’ll Own
Content & Curation
Write high-retention hooks, plan Reel and carousel storylines for every featured stay, source trending audio before it peaks, manage the content calendar across Reels, Stories, Carousels and Shorts, brief the crew before shoots, and maintain Iraava’s cinematic and premium aesthetic.
Storytelling & Copywriting
Turn every stay into a compelling narrative through captions that earn saves, hooks that stop the scroll,
and story sequences that build a world. Own the Iraava voice across posts, Stories and DMs.
Organic Instagram Growth
Optimize posting windows, watch time and save rates, identify trends early, manage the Collab Post pipeline with hosts, creators and influencers, and run weekly experiments on hooks, captions and CTAs.
Digital Marketing & Funnels
Turn content into revenue by designing link-in-bio journeys, Story link sequences and DM automations, running Meta Ads on proven organic winners, tracking leads in Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion, and reporting performance weekly.

Travelers discover Iraava through content and enter our direct-booking inquiry pipeline for our curated collection of premium stays.
B2B – Owners & Investors to Portfolio Growth
Property owners and investors across India discover Iraava and join our portfolio management pipeline. Our philosophy is easy: We start earning only when you start earning.
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have
Strong understanding of Instagram trends, hooks and retention strategies
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills
Canva proficiency (Adobe,
CapCut or Premiere is a plus)
Analytical thinking and comfort working with spreadsheets and data
A founder mindset—bringing ideas, taking ownership and executing quickly
Bonus
Experience as a traveler, host or creator, or familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com or MakeMyTrip.
