Minimum Experience: 2- 3yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily SOPs for Windows systems and data center operations.

Monitor infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization environment) and escalate incidents.

Perform daily system health checks, hardware monitoring, and backup verification.

Generate and maintain daily MIS reports and operational checklists.

Assist in DR drills and BCP mock/table-top exercises.

Support basic user management and troubleshooting under supervision.

Ensure tape movement tracking and backup media management.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Windows Server administration.

Exposure to server and storage monitoring tools.

Familiarity with backup operations and media handling.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to work in a structured banking environment with strict adherence to SOPs.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals
