Job Details

- Position: Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads)

- Experience: 1–2 years

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

- Work Mode: Remote

- Weekly Off: 1 weekday

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ads to improve ROI.

- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.

- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.

- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.

- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.

- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and landing page requirements.





- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform updates and industry best practices.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

- Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimisation.

- Ability to analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking is a plus.

- Basic understanding of Google Analytics is preferred.

- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
