Job Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, JioMart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, stock availability, and marketplace performance.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements.
- Track sales, profitability, and key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle marketplace account health, customer reviews, returns, and issue resolution.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.




- Experience with marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) is preferred.
- Good understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the FMCG or food industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with multiple online marketplaces.
