Key Responsibilities

- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
- Maintain MTC, Chillers, HRTC/Hot Runner Systems, CFS, Robots, Conveyors, and Utilities.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown analysis, spares, and maintenance documentation.
- Conduct RCA and CAPA for recurring breakdowns.
- Support TPM, OEE improvement, Kaizen, energy-saving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, EMS, safety, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, OEMs, and service providers for equipment reliability.

Skills Required

- 7+ years of experience in injection moulding machine maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
- Hands-on experience with robots, utilities, MTC, chillers, HRTC, and CFS.
- Knowledge of TPM, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
