CubeCrete AAC Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in core HR functions, statutory compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Employee documentation and personnel records
- Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Assist in contract labour management
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR policies and records
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate with government authorities whenever required
- Support general administrative activities

Qualifications

- Graduate / Post Graduate
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred

Experience

- 1–3 years of HR experience
- Manufacturing or factory experience preferred




- Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Language Preference

- English (Mandatory)
- Tamil (Preferred)
- Hindi (Preferred)
- Malayalam (Added Advantage)
