Role Summary:

Avaada Foundation is looking for an experienced Diploma Engineer to support CSR projects in Rajasthan. The candidate should have solid field experience with exposure to civil construction work and CSR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of CSR projects at field locations.

Coordinate civil construction-related CSR works such as school infrastructure, healthcare facilities, community assets, renovation, repair, and development work.

Work with local communities, vendors, contractors, NGOs, and site teams.

Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and basic site execution.

Support CSR initiatives in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood.

Maintain project records, reports, bills, measurements, and progress updates.
