Job Description – Pharmacy Incharge

Position: Pharmacy Incharge
Department: Pharmacy / Medical Store
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years Experience Required
Location: As per Company Requirement

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle complete pharmacy operations and day-to-day activities.
- Maintain proper stock management and medicine inventory.
- Ensure correct dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions.
- Monitor expiry medicines and maintain stock records.
- Supervise pharmacy staff and guide junior employees.
- Maintain billing, purchase, and sales records properly.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of medicines in the pharmacy.
- Coordinate with doctors, suppliers, and management when required.
- Follow all pharmacy rules, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good communication.

Skills Required:





- Strong knowledge in pharmacy and medicines.
- Positive understanding of medical terminology and prescriptions.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock maintenance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage responsibilities independently.

Qualification:

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm or any DEGREE qualification.

Additional Requirements:

- Candidate should be willing to work full-time.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking attitude required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
