Role Summary The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities related to HVAC and MEP works ensuring execution as per drawings specifications quality standards and project timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise installation of HVAC systems VRV VRF Chillers AHU Ducting Piping etc and MEP services Coordinate with contractors technicians and vendors on site Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and BOQ Monitor site progress manpower and material usage Conduct basic quality checks and ensure safety compliance Coordinate with project engineers consultants and clients Prepare daily site reports and assist in measurements billing Support testing commissioning and handover activities Required Skills Basic understanding of HVAC MEP systems and drawings Ability to manage site teams and resolve minor technical issues Knowledge of tools materials and safety practices Good communication and coordination skills Qualification Experience Diploma Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering 2-3 years of site experience in HVAC MEP projects commercial residential or industrial Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
