We are looking for an Application Support Executive to manage monitor and support business applications used in the jewelry showroom and back-office operations The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of application inventory systems ERP while assisting staff with technical and system-related issues Key Responsibilities Provide timely resolution to software-related issues Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues Coordinate with software vendors for bug fixes and upgrades Troubleshoot and rectify application issues Ensure proper functioning of application Assist in price updates and metal rate changes in the system Generate daily weekly and monthly reports Maintain data accuracy in system entries Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science Commerce Experience with ERP POS Retail applications Robust problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work with multiple departments and handle user queries patiently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
