Senior Process Engineer - Chennai We are hiring Process Engineers to support Oil Gas Petrochemical Refinery projects The role involves developing process engineering deliverables performing process simulations and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution Roles Responsibilities Develop and review process engineering deliverables in compliance with international standards Prepare PFDs P IDs heat material balance equipment instrument datasheets and process calculations Perform hydraulic calculation pump compressor sizing PSV sizing and flare load summaries Conduct Aspen HYSYS Aspen Plus simulations and process modelling Participate in HAZOP HAZID model reviews SIL studies Provide technical support during procurement construction pre-commissioning commissioning Coordinate with mechanical piping electrical and instrumentation disciplines for design integration Ensure timely submission of deliverables and maintain project documentation Required Skills Qualifications B E B Tech M E M Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent 2 - 10 years of Process Engineering experience in Oil Gas Refinery Petrochemicals Robust working knowledge of Aspen HYSYS Aspen Plus Sizing hydraulic calculation tools Microsoft Office engineering documentation standards Familiarity with standards FEED EPC project execution Excellent communication and teamwork skills
