Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Reporting Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting operations including payables receivables ledger invoicing journal entries bank reconciliation and statutory registers Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements as per accounting standards Ensure accurate closing of books within defined timelines Taxation Compliance Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and other statutory obligations Liaise with statutory and internal auditors prepare audit schedules and support audit queries Maintain updated knowledge of financial laws and regulatory changes relevant to food manufacturing and export operations Costing Budget Control Monitor production cost raw material consumption overheads freight packaging and wastage data to provide cost insights Assist in budgeting and forecasting track budget vs actual performance Accounts Receivable Payable Management Supervise vendor payments credit terms and recovery of customer outstanding Implement credit control and escalation mechanisms for overdue accounts Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically ERP Process Oversight Manage end-to-end financial functions in coordination with SAP Business One implementation and workflows Ensure proper documentation approvals and adherence to SOPs for all financial transactions Improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
