We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and lead a team of security officers The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and secure environment by enforcing policies supervising staff and responding to incidents professionally Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate security officers during assigned shifts Ensure all security policies and procedures are followed Conduct patrols and monitor surveillance systems Respond to incidents emergencies and alarms promptly Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs Train mentor and evaluate security staff Communicate with management clients and law enforcement as needed Ensure compliance with company and client safety standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous security experience supervisory experience preferred Solid leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm in stressful situations Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Job Type Full-time Pay 21 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
