Job Title Junior Architect Location Main Office Thrissur or Branch Office Choondal - Kerala Candidate may be assigned to either location based on requirement Company Globalpluz Architects Workshop About Us Globalpluz Architects Workshop a division of Globalpluz is actively engaged in commercial residential and hospitality design projects We combine creativity with practical expertise to deliver creative design solutions and exceptional project execution Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Architect who can assist our architectural and design team in preparing designs and drawings coordinating with project sites and ensuring flawless execution of all assigned works Key Responsibilities Develop architectural drawings 2D 3D plans presentation layouts and detail drawings Support the senior architects in design development and conceptualisation Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is aligned with approved drawings Coordinate with contractors vendors and project team for timely execution Prepare BOQs material lists and necessary documentation for projects Assist in client presentations and design discussions Maintain project records and drawing updates as per workflow and revisions Ensure compliance with design standards safety norms and regulatory requirements Visiting and coordinating the sites Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Architecture B Arch from a recognized institution Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience may apply Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion Revit preferred Photoshop etc Robust design and visualization skills Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines Personal Attributes Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and within a team Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
