Job Title CNC VMC Operator Setter Job Summary The CNC VMC Operator Setter is responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Center VMC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings quality standards and production requirements Key Responsibilities Machine Setup Setter Set up CNC VMC machines for new and repeat jobs Select install and align cutting tools fixtures and workpieces Set work offsets tool offsets and machine parameters Perform trial runs and make necessary corrections Machine Operation Operator Operate CNC VMC machines during production Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines Maintain production records and logs Skills Qualifications 10th 12th ITI Diploma BE or any degree Experience 0-7 years of experience as CNC VMC Operator Setter Working Conditions Shop-floor manufacturing environment Rotational shifts may be required Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Versatile schedule Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
