Job Title Civil Engineer - Industrial Buildings Contract Basis Experience 4-5 Years Location Mysuru Department Construction Projects Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in industrial building projects The ideal candidate will handle site execution quality control contractor coordination and ensure timely completion of construction activities as per standards and safety regulations Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day construction activities for industrial building projects Interpret and execute project drawings structural plans and specifications Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and site workers to ensure steady work progress Monitor project timelines manpower planning and material consumption Ensure adherence to safety protocols quality standards and engineering best practices Conduct site inspections resolve technical issues and troubleshoot construction challenges Prepare daily weekly site progress reports documentation and measurements Liaise with project managers consultants and vendors for smooth project execution Verify and certify contractor bills and measurement sheets Ensure compliance with relevant building codes industrial standards and company policies Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 4-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial building construction Strong knowledge of RCC works steel structures foundations finishing works and industrial utility layouts Proficient in reading technical drawings BOQs and construction documents Familiar with construction materials quality checks and site management Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage Solid communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead on-site teams efficiently Job Type Contractual Temporary Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Application Question s This is a contract-based position are you willing to work on contract Do you have hands-on experience in industrial building construction Experience Civil engineering 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
