Key Responsibilities Production planning and scheduling - Collaborate with the production planning team to develop production schedules considering factors such as order quantities available resources and production capacity Ensure timely delivery of orders while optimizing production efficiency Resource management - Coordinate and allocate resources including labor materials and equipment to meet production requirements Monitor inventory levels order necessary materials and manage production budgets effectively Quality control - Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that bag products meet the specified quality standards Conduct regular inspections implement corrective actions when needed and ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements Process improvement - Continuously evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement Implement changes to enhance productivity reduce waste optimize efficiency and streamline workflows Explore new technologies or methods to improve production effectiveness Team management - Supervise and provide guidance to production staff including machine operators assemblers and technicians Foster a positive work environment promote teamwork and provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance Performance monitoring and reporting - Monitor production progress track key performance indicators KPIs and generate reports on production efficiency output and quality Analyze data to identify trends address bottlenecks and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement Collaboration and communication - Work closely with other departments such as design procurement and logistics to ensure smooth coordination throughout the production process Communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior management to provide updates address issues and align production objectives with overall business goals Education - MBA or Bachelor s degree in a relevant field e g engineering quality management or equivalent experience Skills - Proven experience in a production management role preferably in the luggage or related industry - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to analyze data identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using production management software and tools - Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and priorities Job Type Full-time Pay 35 882 35 - 80 970 85 per month Perks Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
