Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling new and or used vehicles to prospective customers delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final sale Key Responsibilities Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs through active listening and consultative selling techniques Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits including test drives and in-depth product knowledge Maintain a solid working knowledge of current inventory promotions and industry trends Prepare and present finance and insurance options where applicable Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business Assist in maintaining the showroom and vehicle displays to a high standard Accurately complete all paperwork and administrative processes in line with dealership and compliance standards Follow up with leads and prospects through calls emails or CRM systems Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment preferred but not mandatory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with strong negotiation and closing abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund License Certification 4 wheeler license Required Work Location In person
