OT Staff Nurse - Position OT Staff Nurse Department Operation Theatre Qualification GNM B Sc Nursing Experience Minimum 3-4 years as per hospital requirement Location Add location if needed Only male candidates Key Responsibilities Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures Prepare the OT before surgery sterilization equipment setup and instrument checks Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection-control protocols Manage surgical instruments supplies and equipment before during and after procedures Perform pre-operative and post-operative nursing care Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Monitor patient vitals and condition in the OT and recovery room Coordinate with the surgical team for smooth workflow and timely surgeries Handle emergency OT procedures when required Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per guidelines Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of OT protocols and surgical procedures Ability to work under pressure and in critical situations Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and responsibility Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment handling Job Type Full time Pay 8 086 00 - 45 099 91 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience OT 3 years Required
