We are looking for an Assistant Director who can help plan and manage Reels shoots concept videos and branding content Responsibilities Plan concepts scripts shot lists and basic story ideas Coordinate shoots locations talents and schedules Manage on-set activities and ensure smooth shoot flow Guide actors models anchors during the shoot Maintain continuity and make sure every shot matches the concept Work closely with the cameraman and creative team Hand over footage to editors with notes and instructions Review edited videos and ensure they match brand style Keep track of deadlines and shoot calendars Skills Required Good understanding of Reels trends and short video content Basic knowledge of camera angles framing and lighting Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks during shoots Creative thinking and quick problem-solving Preferred Experience in short video shoots ad shoots or branding content Understanding of editing basics and transitions Job Type Full time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
