Role Project Manager Experience 12 to 17 Years Location Pune Job summary Seeking an experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise in residential construction projects to lead and manage operations at our Pune site The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering project management and robust leadership skills to drive project success from initiation to completion Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Scheduling Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Team Leadership Lead and manage a team of engineers contractors and site workers ensuring transparent communication and coordination across all teams Quality Assurance Implement quality control measures to ensure all construction work meets regulatory standards and project specifications Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly Software Proficiency Primavera P6 MS Project Key Requirements Experience 12-17 years of experience within the real estate or construction industry Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field A relevant master s degree is a plus Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Preferred Qualifications Graduation degree in relevant field Certification in Project Management Job Type Full-time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
