Candidate must be an B E DCE Exp 2 to 5 yrs Strong numeric skills and accuracy A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Team working ability to negotiate Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Willing to develop long term career Preferably for Interior Preparation of BOQ based on the preliminary drawings received from the design department Preparation of BOM based on finalized BOQ and good for construction drawings Selection of all materials in co-ordination with the design department based on the final drawings Make site visits as per the progress of work at site and co-ordinate with the finance department to raise bill as per stages Preparation and checking of Pre-final and final bill Coordination with all Inter departments Consultants Architects Any other duties required by the Functional head which is reasonably within the scope of this role Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location Remote
