Job Summary The Junior Architect will assist the senior design and project team in planning designing and overseeing the construction of residential commercial and industrial projects The role requires creativity in design technical knowledge in construction and coordination skills to ensure project delivery within quality cost and time standards Key Responsibilities Design Drafting Assist in developing architectural drawings 3D models and presentation boards Prepare concept designs working drawings and construction details under supervision Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and company standards Project Coordination Support Senior Architect in coordinating with structural MEP and civil engineers Attend site visits to verify implementation of designs and resolve design-related issues Prepare reports progress updates and documentation for ongoing projects Client Stakeholder Interaction Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design options Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs in a timely manner Technical Support Assist in preparing BOQs material specifications and tender drawings Ensure accuracy and quality in CAD drawings Revit models and other software outputs Support the project team in preparing compliance documents and approvals Innovation Development Stay updated with up-to-date construction materials sustainable design and industry best practices Suggest innovative design ideas that align with functionality and cost-effectiveness Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Photoshop and MS Office Basic understanding of construction techniques materials and site execution Strong visualization creativity and attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Team player with willingness to learn from senior professionals Qualifications Experience Education B Arch or Dip in Arch from a recognized university Experience 2 years in architecture design construction Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
