Job Summary We are hiring an Academic Counselor with experience in sales and student counselling The candidate should be skilled in lead handling telecalling counselling students and converting inquiries into admissions The role requires strong communication skills and target-oriented performance Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to student leads and explain available courses Counsel students based on their career interests and goals Convert leads into confirmed admissions Maintain regular follow-ups via calls emails and WhatsApp Explain course structure fees duration and placement details Maintain CRM records and prepare daily reports Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Support student orientation and counselling sessions Build professional relationships with students and parents Skills Required Excellent communication and convincing skills Strong sales and follow-up ability Experience in telecalling or academic counselling Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage Ability to work under targets and deadlines Positive attitude and teamwork skills Preferred Background Experience in Education Training EdTech industry Prior experience in sales counselling or tele-sales Graduate in any discipline MBA preferred but not mandatory Performance Metrics Calls made per day Lead-to-conversion ratio Monthly admissions revenue achieved CRM data maintenance and follow-up records Advantages Incentives based on performance Training and career growth opportunities Professional and supportive work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
