We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Gift Shop Manager to oversee daily store operations manage staff and ensure an excellent shopping experience Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the gift shop ensuring smooth functioning Supervise train and schedule shop staff Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest queries or complaints Manage inventory stock replenishment vendor coordination and purchase orders Maintain proper display merchandising pricing and cleanliness of the store Monitor sales performance prepare daily weekly sales reports and meet revenue targets Implement sales strategies promotions and seasonal offers to increase footfall Handle billing cash management and POS operations Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with company policies safety protocols and loss-prevention procedures Forecast demand for popular items and suggest new product ranges Coordinate with hotel resort departments for guest requirements events or gifting needs Requirements Bachelor s degree in Retail Management Business or similar field preferred 2-5 years of retail experience gift shop or boutique experience is an advantage Robust customer service communication and leadership skills Knowledge of inventory control merchandising and sales reporting Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting Creative organized and detail-oriented Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
