We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic UI UX Designer to join our team In this hybrid role you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics as well as intuitive user-centered digital experiences You will collaborate closely with product marketing and development teams to design brand assets website interfaces mobile app layouts and other digital materials that align with business goals and enhance user engagement Key Responsibilities Design and refine UI UX for websites mobile apps dashboards and digital products Conduct user research competitor analysis and usability testing to support design decisions Create wireframes prototypes user flows and interactive mockups Develop high-quality visual designs brand assets marketing materials banners social media graphics and illustrations Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs Optimize designs for responsiveness accessibility and overall user experience Contribute to and maintain design systems style guides and component libraries Present concepts and design rationales to stakeholders Stay updated with industry trends design tools and best practices Graphic Design Skills Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Strong visual design sense typography color theory composition branding Ability to create marketing materials social media graphics ads icons and illustrations Experience in branding identity design and developing style guides Required Skills QualificationsUI UX Skills Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision Experience creating user flows personas journey maps Ability to conduct or interpret user research and usability testing Knowledge of responsive design accessibility WCAG and interaction design Soft Skills Solid communication and presentation abilities Creativity with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback Team collaboration and proactive attitude Preferred Optional Skills Motion graphics or animation After Effects Premiere Pro 3D design Blender Cinema4D Experience with design systems and component libraries Knowledge of SEO or digital marketing basics Job Types Full-time Part-time Internship Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
