- Accounts Executive Position Accounts Executive Department Accounts Finance Location Delhi Karampura Office Add Yogi Crop Sciences Pvt Ltd Magnum House-1 3rd Floor Magnum 301-302 Karampura Delhi - 110015 Contact Person Sangeeta Kanojia Job Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records handling reconciliations and assisting in financial reporting The role ensures compliance with accounting standards statutory requirements and supports overall financial efficiency of the organization Key Responsibilities Maintain books of accounts including journal entries ledgers and trial balances Handle accounts payable and receivable including vendor and client reconciliations Prepare and process invoices bills and payment vouchers Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Ensure compliance with statutory regulations GST TDS PF ESI etc Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation Maintain accurate records of fixed assets depreciation and inventory Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals Prepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field 3-4 years of experience in accounting finance Proficiency in accounting software Tally SAP QuickBooks or ERP systems Strong knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliances Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Key Competencies Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
