Job Title Hardware and Networking Technician Location VALAPD Department IT Support We are seeking a skilled Hardware and Networking Technician with a Diploma qualification to manage and maintain our organization s IT systems The role includes handling computer hardware basic networking and printer setup and troubleshooting Required Qualification Diploma in Computer Hardware Networking Information Technology Electronics Communication Engineering ECE Computer Engineering Additional certifications like CompTIA Network CCNA or MCSE are an advantage Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain desktops laptops printers and other IT hardware Set up and manage LAN Wi-Fi and internet connections Troubleshoot hardware faults network issues and printer problems Perform routine maintenance on systems and peripherals including printers inkjet laser multifunction Assist with software installations and basic IT support Replace printer cartridges resolve paper jams and configure printer sharing across networks Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets Provide technical support to staff and escalate complex issues when needed Skills Required Basic understanding of networking concepts IP addressing routers switches Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and printer issues Knowledge of printer drivers network printing and wireless printer setup Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow in a rapid-paced IT environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
