Assist in assembling installing and troubleshooting desktops laptops printers and peripherals Identify and replace faulty hardware components RAM HDD motherboard SMPS etc Support basic setup of LAN WAN networks including cabling crimping and device installation Assist in configuring networking devices such as switches routers and access points Help monitor network connectivity issues and escalate as needed Accompany senior technicians on client visits for hardware networking service or installations Provide support during AMC Annual Maintenance Contract visits and documentation Maintain service logs asset tagging records and call reports Update technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems or Excel logs Job Type Full time Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
