- About the Role We are seeking an experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer with strong leadership qualities to join our dynamic engineering team This role demands a hands-on technologist with a passion for building robust scalable solutions and a proven track record in leading or mentoring teams You will play a critical role in designing developing and delivering high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and modern cloud and DevOps technologies The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data pipeline development on Google Cloud Platform GCP and excellent experience in CI CD practices using Docker Harness and related tooling Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot Contribute to architecture discussions and solution design with a focus on performance scalability and reliability Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows in GCP environments Implement and maintain CI CD pipelines using Docker Harness and other modern DevOps tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps Data Engineers and Product Managers Lead and mentor junior engineers provide technical guidance and best practices Take ownership of the coding design and delivery processes within your projects Continuously improve system architecture and engineering processes Required Skills Experience Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development Proven full-stack development experience Solid understanding of software design principles and architecture Experience building and maintaining data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform GCP Strong knowledge of CI CD pipelines Docker and Harness Familiarity with up-to-date cloud-native and DevOps practices Demonstrated experience in leading engineering initiatives or teams Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Desirable Skills Experience with frontend frameworks React Angular etc is a plus Exposure to container orchestration tools e g Kubernetes Experience in Agile Scrum environments
