Job Summary We are looking for an MIS Executive to support parts sales operations by managing order-to-invoice processes tracking AMC damage parts maintaining inventory and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and customers The role requires strong data management skills advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to collaborate across functions to enhance turnaround time and operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Manage AMC damage parts tracker and ensure timely submission of offers approvals Process Maintenance Orders MO and support VMI operations Submit invoices in Ariba and follow up with SSC for payments Coordinate with OD team for Pick Notes PN and track parts consumption Support documentation warranty and sales teams Requirements Graduate in Commerce Science or Diploma in Mechanical Automobile Electrical 3-5 years of MIS data analysis experience preferably in equipment maintenance or mining Robust in Advanced Excel SAP Maximo Ariba Good communication and stakeholder management skills
