Job Type Permanent Onsite Location India Bangalore Hyderabad About Smartapp com TM Smartapp com TM is a global leader in construction technology offering a unified jobsite automation platform that seamlessly integrates Planning Field Operations Safety and Finance Purpose-built for managing and automating large-scale complex projects our platform enables construction enterprises to achieve greater efficiency transparency and control across the entire project lifecycle We are expanding our Global Customer Success team and are seeking a passionate seasoned and forward-thinking Implementation Lead who is eager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of construction technology Role Overview As an Implementation Lead you will be at the forefront of transforming how global construction companies execute projects You will play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of Smartapp by aligning client business processes with our platform and delivering measurable value from day one What You ll Do In this role you will Engage with clients to understand their unique business processes operational challenges and project lifecycle requirements from planning through closeout Define scope vision and implementation strategies tailoring Smartapp solutions to automate business processes across complex projects in AEC Infrastructure Energy and Utilities sectors Collaborate cross-functionally with sales presales development and support teams to deliver end-to-end project success Lead client workshops product demonstrations and presales engagements showcasing how Smartapp can streamline project planning field quality safety compliance and financial tracking Deliver high-quality implementations ensuring configurations and workflows are aligned with customer needs and industry best practices Develop and maintain key project documentation such as scope documents configuration specifications and UAT guidelines Provide hands-on training and onboarding support to ensure seamless adoption of Smartapp by customer teams while driving long-term engagement and retention Monitor project progress by managing delivery milestones reporting on activity and ensuring timely execution against agreed schedules Build trusted customer relationships acting as a consultant who not only implements but also helps clients maximize the business value of Smartapp Who You Are We are seeking professionals with a proven background in technology implementation and a strong understanding of construction project workflows Ideal candidates will have 8-12 years of experience in software implementation preferably with Construction Project Management Systems ERP solutions or similar enterprise-grade platforms Hands-on expertise in ERP systems such as SAP S 4HANA with the ability to map business processes into digital workflows Strong domain knowledge in Planning systems MS Project Primavera P6 Field Quality Safety processes and project financials A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering Information Technology or related disciplines such as Mechanical Civil or Electrical Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into simple automated workflows Exceptional client-facing communication skills with the confidence to lead workshops trainings and executive-level discussions A mindset of ownership accountability and collaboration with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced innovation-driven workplace Why Join Us At Smartapp you ll be part of a mission-driven company that is redefining the way construction projects are executed across the globe You will have the opportunity to work with leading construction enterprises shape the future of jobsite automation and contribute to projects that directly impact how cities infrastructure and industries are built If you re passionate about technology construction and driving real-world impact we d love to hear from you
